چکیده

Somatic embryogenesis is an efficient micro-propagation technique, which can lead to mass multiplication of tea with a tap root. Hence, the development viable somatic and protocol through liquid culture conditions needed increase efficiency protocol. Cotyledon-derived embryos, leaf stem callus TRI 5001 cultivar, were tested different MS media. A significantly higher cotyledon-derived embryo rate was observed in +3 mg/L Thidiazuron (TDZ) medium. Callus proliferation compact embryonic formation comparatively + 1.1 TDZ, 1.86 NAA medium, subsequent 0.1 NAA,1 BAP 0.2 GA3 medium on produced explants. Higher nodal recorded MS+0.11 TDZ IBA MS+0.1 Plant regeneration resulted MS+3 mg/LBAP Identified treatment combinations be used as foundation establish explants tea.

Somatic Embryogenesis and Plant Regeneration from Embryonic Axes and Cotyledons Explants of Tea (Camellia sinenesis L.)

In the present study, 2, 4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2, 4-D) was assessed individually for its effectiveness to induce somatic embryogenesis in tea (Camellia sinenesis L.). Embryonic axes and cotyledons explants were dissected from the seeds. Explants were cultured on Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium containing 0, 1 and 5 mM 2, 4-D alone for embryonic axes and 0, 1 and 5 mM 2, 4-D along with 0...

Carbon source dependent somatic embryogenesis and plant regeneration in cotton, Gossypium hirsutum L. cv. SVPR2 through suspension cultures.

Highly reproducible and simple protocol for cotton somatic embryogenesis is described here by using different concentrations of maltose, glucose, sucrose and fructose. Maltose (30 g/l) is the best carbon source for embryogenic callus induction and glucose (30 g/l) was suitable for induction, maturation of embryoids and plant regeneration. Creamy white embryogenic calli of hypocotyl explants wer...

Improved plant regeneration and in vitro somatic embryogenesis of St Augustinegrass [Stenotaphrum secundatum (Walt.) Kuntze]

St Augustinegrass [Stenotaphrum secundatum (Walt.) Kuntze] is an important warm season turf and pasture grass. In vitro tissue culture of St Augustinegrass could serve as an important mean for its improvement through genetic transformation as well as induced somaclonal variation. To optimize tissue culture conditions for plant regeneration of St Augustinegrass, tissue culture responses of 11 ex...
